Yes the road conditions are good only the last 5-10 minutes patch can have few potholes because of rain.

I visited the resort and the good thing is - The room, swimming pool, food quality is good. Improvement - Limited menu, too oily food, Limited quantity If u r planning to visit then understand that this place is completely isolated, middle of like jungle, everywhere greenary, u will love the place if flies and insects do not disturb u. Good for 1 night stay.
