Believe it or not, this as well as the Deathclaw not being able to use VATS basically confirms the sole survivor is a synth. There’s a terminal in the institute that mentions how they’ve managed to create what I can describe as system similar to VATS to be put in Synths. No other Fallout Protag (to my knowledge) can use VATS without a pip boy, and the sole survivor can use it as soon as they pop out of the cryo chamber. Sole Survivor is a synth confirmed.

@@Metal_Screamer I can do the civil war questline to get that storm cloak bear hide armor and if I get hircines ring I'll be able to become a werewolf unlimitedly and I'll get all the totems I'll be able to summon other doggos with my howl I can also use auriels bow once I do the enchanting alchemy glitch a few times I will make all that gear God teir and if I use fire cloak spells I can cast them while turning into a werewolf which means my melee instantly becomes the most godlike thing in all of tamriel I could even use blizzard against fire enemies like a fire dragon.

Fun fact, if you get a fortune from mama Murphy before you rescue inspector gadget, you can use her message on Skinny Malone and de-escalate the whole situation and leave peacefully. It’s definitely worth doing if you don’t want the hassle, run a stealth/charisma/nerd build that has trouble with the ambush. Fallout 4 doesn’t have as many options as NV but there definitely are a handful of cool things hidden in quests… I know we all just wish it was more common.

I love how Nerbit is continually shocked that a robot gorilla is an absolute tank on knuckles… Like… yeah dude! A regular gorilla is a nightmare of muscle and fury, make a synthetic version and that’s absolutely terrifying! If I saw a gorilla charging at me, I’d just run. Period. Even if I had a gun. I’m not gambling on my aim to get a hit directly on the brainstem, and I’m not even sure a regular gun would even penetrate a thick gorilla skull unless it was a direct hit. Even if I shoot it I’ll probably just make it more angry and even if I manage to kill it, I know I’m gonna die before it does. What kills you faster, a small bullet in your gut or having your spine shredded to smithereens by a literal troll!? No thanks. I see that beast coming my way and I’m assuming the submission pose, aka the “All hail the new king! Having done it due to the way Desert Ranger Combat Armor works, and it's not exactly hard, but there's a... glitch? Oversight? Issue where all of the reputation you gain while wearing faction armor is completely wasted, or at least it is all lost when you remove the faction armor. Otherwise, it's not that special. Still, perhaps Nerbit could give it a neat spin.

Can you beat Fallout as a super mutant? The F4 Nexus mod “FEV family can change your appearance to more of a super mutant look and the mod creator has other recommended mods to help. Or just the actual model replacement. Edit: basically the goal is just push strength, endurance, help any Super Mutant or Ghoul you can, must use cannibal perk, you can use any weapon that a Super Mutant could theoretically use, probably institute ending cause they’re the only ones who can make more Super Mutants, and I guess have fun? Not sure if you’ve heard this suggestion before, but how about “Can you beat Fallout 4 as H.P. Lovecraft?” Goals: 1. You must complete every quest that references his work and visit every non quest Easter egg to his work. 2. You can only use Kremvh’s tooth as your weapon. 3. It must be a brotherhood ending as Lovecraft had a fear and Paranoia of Technology. This extends to not conversing with any non-human NPC’s (Valentine being the one exception, unless you can find a way around talking to him.) 4. (Optional) You must spend as little time out of Sanctuary as possible. As Lovecraft only spent a single year of his life living outside of his hometown. 5. (Also Optional for soon to be obvious reason) You can not have conversations with any non-white NPC’s since Lovecraft was very racist and often worked his racism into his work.

Idea for a challenge: "Can you beat Fable 1 as Emperor Palpatine?" Rules: •You can only attack with the Lightning spell. (Exceptions are made for the required melee/archery portion of the tutorial; once the real game begins, this rule is in effect) • You must be evil and wear black robes as soon as possible. • You can level up the Lightning spell, your magic pool, and maybe Health, Toughness, and Guile (for not dying and cheaper prices, respectively). • You can equip any weapons you want (for the sake of augmentation) but cannot attack with them. • Maybe do it in Hero Mode on Fable Anniversary for added challenge? Not necessary but could be fun. I'm sure that the challenge is possible; watching you do it would be a great time though.

You should try to beat Skyrim or New Vegas as a hunter: Skyrim: You can only heal from food you hunt or cook, you can only use a bow, and you have to have both the “Totem of The Hunt” and the “Saviors Hide” before Alduin is slain in Sovengarde. And you can only wear light armor that is hunter-esqe, so Hide or Fur. FNV: You can only heal from food, any kind EXCEPT anything pre-war (in a box or bottle), you can only use the Hunting Shotgun, Hunting Rifle, and Hunting Revolver. Oh, and you can’t buy the weapons. I can think right now of a place to get each one and it’s 5:00 AM. You can buy Ammo and Armor though.
