You know the sad thing? The Spiders don't even attack you on that level. When hit they just run away. Their attacks are turned on the NEXT level. And there is only 8 of the things. You could have stood in front of them with no issues.

For those who is wondering the Radar works by showing their height compared to yours with lines. Their position relative to you is shown where the line ends (or basically intersects with your radar plane) and their icon is representing how much higher or lower it is by the distance of the line.

Mlpfanboy I, personally, disagree. Having seen friends just freeze up at the sight of spiders and go into panic mode simply because they exist, it’s not just a matter of how you go about seeing them. In some cases, if the person in question with Arachnophobia even SEES a spider, even if they are actively murdering it with explosives in a game, they can go into some pretty bad cases of shock (of course, this isn’t the case for everybody, but I have seen it happen)

I genuinely think that bugs might be slightly less terrifying if they were huge, because part of the fear comes from the fact that you might not see them until they’re really close. Also, Dan’s right. Those things, being the size they are in the game, would be completely unable to support themselves due to the fact that their bodies/exoskeletons aren’t designed to be of that side. Furthermore, even if they could support themselves (like if they had the whole structure of their bodies redesigned to fit the new scale,) they would be INCREDIBLY SLOW to the point in which you could likely walk faster than they could run, making them far less of a threat than what popular belief might make them out to be. Still though, to anyone in the future with advanced genetic modification capabilities, just as a PSA, PLEASE DON’T MAKE THEM A THING BECAUSE DEAR GOD THEY ARE HORRIFIC!

Dielan Island there clean low maintenance pets, turantulas are also very docile if raised well, they are verry happy in cramped cages and if you feed them pests they will be verry nice.

The levels are way less stressful with other people playing with you. But this game is fucktons of fun and can be pretty challenging, worth buying. Don't use a controller though, never use a controller for anything involving shooting.
