What would a theme park created in Planet Coaster for PC without using Thememaker's Toolkit (TMTK) look like? Let's find out. This is a Planet Coaster Park with no TMTK!
This is the series where Planet Coaster PC and Console combine!
Using realism I’ve learnt from my experience of working for a real-life theme park company and over 4000 hours of Planet Coaster play time. Using true-to-life principles, we walk through each stage of the build reasons why things are built in a certain way- as well as some top tips on how these were achieved too by pulling them apart for you to see. @@Nerdchacho for sure! I got Planet Coaster in August of 2020 and your channel is one of the first ones I found--within the first few episodes of Raygate Lake I believe. I loved it, so I went to your workshop and downloaded everything you had on there. Culwell Wonderland is another one of my faves from pre-'the channel.' haha. Anyway, I just finished the episode and it was a fantastic throwback. I, for sure, would enjoy others like this, but I suppose I'm an odd case, being a super fan and all haha

While watching this video I was trying to figure out the best way to say this, so here it goes. This is the uncanny valley of park design I think a lot of us more casual/amateur players aim for. It looks like a real park at first glance, but it's not HYPER realistic in every single way. It's kind of inspiring to see honestly!

Wooo, Indiana Beach!! Having lived in Indiana for a good portion of my life, I have been there so many times. Love to see it as kind of an inspiration for one of your older parks.

Ooh. Coasters that are 3x longer and more extreme than they would be IRL. That's my kind of ride (and park) while playing in the sandbox. I'd totally build that spinning coaster and call it a day.

Omg The Asylum, it's a movie company who made "mockbusters", copying ideas from other movies. Gems such as "Titanic II", "Transmorphers", and "Atlantic Rim" lol. It looks better on your dark ride for sure, and it's only fitting you ripped it from them as that's most of what they do to other movie ideas, haha Love the video and park though, thanks for taking us back!

Well, when you and your audience are used to operating at a certain level and you present something that isnt at that level (for whatever reason that may be), then there is a bit of over justification you do.. like trying to explain it away.. and some people won't twig that this park is 4 or 5 years old and predates anything they've seen me do on the channel.. they will just see it as a sub par piece of work from me. They just expect perfection and anything less than that is dislike or unsub worthy.

Imagine taking a old park build and giving it a update with TMTK. :) I don't think you have the crap build mechanic installed in your brain. So even if you tried all your builds would still come out looking good :P LOL

haha, I would love to do this.. but as you will see next week, my older parks are probably beyond saving.. it would be better, quicker and more efficient to rebuild them than to revive them... so... maybe!
