I'm sold. Going right over to Amazon and buying my own set right now. Thank you for the unboxing experience. Pure quality right there.

I would really like to see someone play a game and I can't find any videos that aren't tutorials on youtube

Peter Ganine designed this originally, FYI. A mid century sculptor of some renown who did many chess sets, and one famous tub duck design thats iconic. TOS did well to commission him for this purpose. Tho they never did develop rules per se. No need ; )

Big problem is "How to use the attack boards" Franklin Mint rules state one can rotate the attack boards to open up your Rook/Pawns. Popular vote is "No.. one can't rotate the attack boards." Cloudy movement regarding the Rook/Pawns.

I’ve always played that you can move the attack boards 180 degrees, or if you’re switching corners.

@@TheAvandriaSeries Yes.. I discovered that attack board can move and turn. I stand corrected.

Why does this not have more views? 😂 but seriously, I love this game. My dad and I used to play for hours when I was 12/13 such a good memory…I’ll have to see if he can dust it off for a rematch! Also, you set it up wrong. I’m assuming you knew that tho. Otherwise, great review! Love the outfits/set up!

Is the the same height as the franklin mint in?
@sanepete3 жыл бұрын
It's considerably taller than the Franklin Mint version but the boards are so badly positioned as to make the game practically unplayable on it.

The Franklin Mint version is a bit small to play on but it's still better than noble one. Even the rubbish rule book you get with the noble one shows a different layout to the actual board. It wouldn't have taken a lot of effort to make the board playable on.
