Someone already commented under the locker video that the packaging doesn't tell you to collect them all, which suggests there aren't variations. Same goes for the luggage. It's actually nice that they made something that doesn't require parents to spend hundreds of dollars, because not everyone can afford that. It's also nice that when containers are the exact same, it means the items inside are same as well.

I do agree with what you're saying but they still say "surprises" which is misleading. They could still say that but not display the pictures of the items this keeping some mystery

Jackie: The main reason why these items are in baggies despite being in the containers is so they aren't flopping around inside doing damage to them in transit/people shaking the boxes or whatever, since the insides are kind of spacious hard plastic. Especially considering these come with actual makeup (the lip gloss and Nail polish) which you don't want busting open and getting everywhere.

Random thought: It might be cute if they themed the luggage and some of the inside surprises around different countries For instance: if you buy a France luggage set you might get Effiel Tower and Louvre themed journal and stickers, but if you buy an Australia luggage set you might get a journal with the Sydney Opera House on it and Australian animal stickers Just feels like a good way to help vary the luggage between sets like the Backpacks while keeping and even emphasizing the travel theme

HI Jackie, I feell the need to offer a different perspective here. Consider that these lockers or luggage sets are put out for 2 other reasons: 1. Because parents from low income families dont want to buy a lot of popular 'mystery packs' , see it as a waste of money / they dont know what they are buying, and thus won't buy it. This gives parents a way to see what they are buying for their kids, while the child gets to feel involved in what all their friends have. 2. Some kids use the real littles sized accesories for their 1/3 scale dolls, and the luggae and locker is a place for those kids to use their accessories with their dolls (fill the locker with purses, pack the luggage with their RL collection, etc) Love your videos! I just am speaking from past experience :)

Kind of an unpopular opinion but I actually prefer when there’s no variety and that way I only have to spend money on one. Those with “surprises” feel like gambling for kids and I’d rather every kid ending up with the same thing.

I personally love the bigger items for my daughter 5. She loves the stationary items but gets far more playability out of the locker and luggage as she can send her dolls to school and on holidays and loves packing them. They are also great for storage of other real little items for clean up and so they don’t get lost.

Hi Jackie, from a fellow Canadian grain! So, I don’t know about the luggage, but the locker comes in at least one other variation. It’s a purple with a blue, pink and yellow door and comes with a duffle bag and a matching pouch. It might be a ‘deluxe’ set. But yeah the locker does have one other variant ☺️

Something about Real Littles Jackie: I think this goes for all Real Littles ( Especially when I comes to the Shopkins Real Littles) Is that when they say Limited Edition. THEY MEAN LIMITED EDITION. The shopkins limited editions, depending on which limited edition you get, can range from (what I am seeing) only 5,000 to 1,000 pieces produced. They come with a little tag that says which number you got. Which is not a lot compared to the amount of other shopkins being produced. Since Real littles is also owned by Moose, I bet they are probably following the same limited edition system. I could be wrong though.

In the other seasons of shopkins, especially in the first couple seasons, For season 2, Limited Editions produced would range from 5,000 to 100, depending on the limited edition.

Hey Jackie! Since the minibrands toys were so disappointing, I'd like to suggest trying out something kind of similar called World's Smallest They have miniature toys in them that actually function! The only downside is that you get just one per box, but they're about the same price as the minibrands.

I love watching these unboxings. It kinda makes sense that the lockers and luggage come only in one style, since they are so pricey. As much as the adult me loves watching you unbox all the products, the kid I once was could never have afforded to buy multiple of any of these, and having them exist in only one style takes the pressure off to get more than one. At the same time, there reslly is potential for a larger series with the luggages, they could have a mini toothbrush, mini shampoo and such, and all kinds of cool little things you always pack with you on a trip. I think we all would gladly be consultants for Resl Littles on what to put inside of these. 😀

You really need to look for the word "collect" on the packaging of these toys. That indicates that there are random items in each individual product. If it doesn't indicate that there is a collection, then they are all the same. 😊

I’m absolutely stoked that you did the luggage for an unboxing, but devastated because they were carelessly put together. The mini bay was much more exciting to watch but still a slightly dissatisfying experience given it wasn’t all themed but that high lighter 👌🏼 that was an unexpected surprise!!! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I actually don’t mind this product. I think we’re too hung up on a “mystery” theme with toys where you get different versions or things in mystery bags. Everything these days is a “collect them all” and it drives parents mad because it costs A LOT 😭 This product doesn’t in any way mis-advertise itself as one of those sorts of things with a “you might get these items…” sort of deal and is clearly a “here’s what’s inside” nothing wrong with that in my opinion

I personally like the lockers and suitcases, they’re a cute idea. However I do agree that they seem cheap. From the videos I’ve seen for them they don’t have much, so I feel like if they added more it’d make the purchase more reasonable, especially for $20. Thank you Jackie for doing these reviews! Hi Jacky, as someone who is a hair maniac I totally do NOT recommend those plastic hairbands. Maybe the first impression is that the user loses less hair but! In the end, plastic splices scratch hairs and break and hair loss is much higher. The best bands are made from silk, but because of the price I use a cheaper version made of Satine

Hey! You could always repaint them, and sculpt attachments out of air dry clay to add to the lockers and cases. You can also sell them afterwards. I'd like to see you custom decorate them.

General conclusion is these aren’t meant to be mystery boxes. Surprises are inside yes but not in the same sense as a mystery box. It doesn’t change every time, they’re the same items with a slight lottery esque difference. If you hold them to that standard they’re more enjoyable than a mystery box.

I have that mermaid real little bag! I use it for my tamagotchi (it's her sleeping bag) and it's awesome! However the mermaid tail decal will pull away from the other side and you're left with 2 flappy tail parts.
