The greyed out ones typically mean that there will be a second wave of Series 2 coming later on in the year/next year. So Series 2 will be re-released again but with additional new items in it. It's a way they tease upcoming products.

I was thinking maybe the mystery ones are things you can make with multiple doubles cause the outlines match certain things. Like macaroon boxes in both pics....bowls in both pics etc. That's only my guess though and it would sort of be brilliant marketing.

How delightful that the bags are paper now instead of plastic! And I just really want to mix and match the various bakery items. How Jackie gets me hooked on these simple little craft things makes me laugh.

Yes! I was so happy to see the shift to paper bags. Those thin plastics claim to be recyclable, but they usually don't actually do it, especially with items of that size. Our recycling service banned plastic bags because they clog up the compacter inside the truck and then it has to be serviced before they can finish the route. I love the customization in these little kits and it looked like, unlike the previous cereal kit, the alphabet soup had enough dry pieces to actually fill the bowl.

These are so satisfying to me on a doll collector and crafter level. Ive always been envious of people who can make hyper realistic foods for their dolls out of clay. These kits would help me feel like i had a fraction of their talent while letting me customize cute foods for my dolls lol. Plus ive seen so many people use these kits to make jewerly and that looks so cute too.

They released a multi pack with 4 or 5 recipes that won't be included in the regular series. In August they'll release an other series called miniverse Halloween. The shaded recipes are not available currently, but will be released as series 2 wave 2. Also the miniverse lifestyle will be separated into 2 waves.

I wonder if the nozzle from the second craft would have worked for the filling in the macarons from the first craft. I bet that nozzle would have made it easier to get the filling centered and even. If I got these, I would definitely save up the tools and any extra supplies from past crafts to use for future ones! On that note, it would be super cool if Jackie combined the materials from multiple kits to create something unique and custom! I think that would be a fun video!!

My most favourite thing to do is go to the Assembly House in my city and have an afternoon tea. They serve you finger sandwiches, filled rolls first followed by cheese and sultana scones with jam and clotted cream. Then comes the award winning cakes and pastries. They do themes like unicorns; Christmas; Alice in wonderland, Harry Potter. It is delicious especially teamed with a signature cocktail. They are even doing breakfast and cheese afternoon teas too. Now I’m hungry.

If you ever get to London, you should treat yourself to afternoon tea, where you will find sandwiches on the bottom tier, scones on the middle tier and cakes/pastries on the top, and you will have jam and clotted cream for the scones. I know that you and Pat would enjoy it. There is one hotel that does an Alice in Wonderland afternoon tea, and I know there are a couple of places that do a gentleman’s afternoon tea which is more savoury 🙂🇬🇧
