I see a lot of comments suggesting different things to try and fix or avoid this problem, but here's the thing, if the instructions aren't accurate, it will always be a garbage product. As a customer, you should not have to troubleshoot and try different things to get a product that promises to work, work.

To the people saying "u should do this instead" The point is you should be able to get what the company advertizes by following the instructions they provide. If you have to figure out all sorts of things on your own just to improve the quality then the company is not doing a good job.

Twilightmia exactly, a kit is supposed to take you step-by-step through the entire process to get exactly what's advertised. If you have to go searching for troubleshooting videos, the kit is not worth it. A kit is supposed to contain every single thing you need besides basic ingredients like water. You are not supposed to need any guidance outside the kit.

It seems like a lot of people have mixed results on this product. Some get it perfect, some get it liquidy, some get it rubbery and some just get a weird results. I think there might be some huge inconsistency with the formulae for each one. Either that or there are extra steps or resources you need to make it work like adding a specific type of water or shaking/leaving it a certain way. In any case that would be the company’s fault, if there are extra specifications needed to make the product work it should either be in the instructions or dealt with in quality control. Stay salty

I don’t know, because it is water and water has different ph levels and the powder/some other poopsie slime product for the slime has a different reaction to it. Don’t ask me, but I’m salty. Pin Blu Maybe the powder that makes the slime is something like powder PVA which is made to harden to rubber after a few days. However, if it is something like that perhaps it is reacting to the water. I dunno, just a thought.

I think the kits you got had quite a few issues. You said the cup was leaking, so that may have been part of the issue. They know if they see their favorite youtuber with the item they will sell a ton of them regardless of the price. Once you buy it it doesnt matter if it works or not they have your money and you paid 15 bucks for about 2 bucks worth of plastic. I know I'm 2 years late, but I used to give these as Christmas stocking stuffers, I would make the slime myself. I've never had this issue, I do remember my measuring cup being smaller and having to use the spoon for everything. And the slime stayed good for a few weeks. You put in the scent after the unicorn poop and the instructions said to put in the scent before the unicorn poop. I don't know if that was what was wrong or not but that is the only difference to the instructions and CookieSwirlC. Other than this you did it completely right!

I love your videos and if anything the manufacturers either did something wrong or while it was shipped it got messed up but you should add the 30 ml of water, unicorn food, and five drops of scent/ then shake for 1 min / then keep in a shaded cold area and let sit for 10 min for sometimes it could melt with the heat so try to keep it shaded and cool

The same thing happened to me but what I did was activated it with dish soap so much dish soap that the smell of the dish soap made me feel sick then my toilet water became the bigger version of poopsie surprise

mine worked I did not have this i had the poopsie unicorn and the slime that comes with it.I first followed the directions,Then agreed it did not work I then tipped all the other packets the whole lot in the bowl left it and it became rather a mess and rather breaking up .I then added body lotion.I then started mixing it all in my hand .It felt like glue and body lotion mixed together /I just kept on and on pushing at it for about 15 minutes adding a little bit more body lotion suddenly it turned into such great slime did this 2 weeks ago and the slime is still great in a air tight container ,

I bought one and got a little happy meal box and a burger kit followed the directions exactly and got an awesome stretchy, good smelling, pokey slime so maybe they changed the formula in the last few months idk u should try it one more time to see if it fixed

I have done the poosie slime surprise many time and it does work but after awhile it melts and stinks but it is fun!
