I love are you afraid of the dark. Sooo good. Some of the episodes legit still effect me to this day...well mostly just the one where there was the invisible ghost in the pool drowning people. That ep left me so paranoid when swimming in pools alone. I re watched a bunch of episodes recently and I felt like they still held up as really good stories. Great box!

Is it bad that I answer your questions and sing the theme songs along with you like we were together in the same room?? LOL I'm not a Nicktoons girl (after my time but, I did watch Rugrats and Ren and Stimpy) but, my kids watched some of the shows of the shows (where I earned an appreciation for Rocko). I even enjoyed this box! Great job, Steph and thanks for sharing it with us!

Ren & Stimpy was more of an immature humor angled cartoon that a lot of the time could go too far. It just didn't speak to the average kid. I feel it made me dumber watching it. I respect it, but I don't have to like it.

Yeah this box wasn't the best this time. However I think it was leaning more towards a halloween theme with AYAOTD and Ah real monsters. Ps I hope they do indeed get much better I am now getting two boxes every time they come out. I have decided to open on box and save the second. Kinda like twenty years from now I will have all these Nick Boxes to open up once again!

As much as I'd go back and forth between the two. I'd have to say I'm more of a Nick Kid and the box is just another reason why. Disney doesn't care about it's hit shows especially cartoons like Kim Possible. That show was fantastic! It had a female hero character, great story, great characters, great villians, great fans. What more could anyone ask for? But Disney doesn't care.

rugrats comics arent out yet, i LOVE the catdog figure.i have the pop too and love that i have both next to one another. i wasnt the biggest fan of ahh real monsters. im glad the nick box gives us the options to review and say what we'd like to see items of. i put in danny phantom,my life as a teenage robot,avatar the last airbender,legend of korra,wild thornberries,animorphs. lol

Don't ever expect any Avatar this isn't a box for that stuff. As for Danny Phantom and Teenage Robot they are classics, but they're more 2000s cartoons. This is more of a 90s nick box. I'd love them to make a 2000s nick box too, but IDK when we'd get that and who'd buy it. I'm afraid they leave my 3rd all time favorite cartoon Rocket Power out of the box too because it's more early 2000s.

No it's usually on time, but because they probably pick closer or further states first they all have different delivery times. Plus when you start out it has to take time to ship out. I know I signed up relatively earlier then others, yet not as early as insider fans. So mine came probably at the time it was supposed to, but they did start taking orders in the late summer of last year. It came in Oct just like this one. I don't care when I get it, just as long as it comes and it's in good condition.

A lot of adults who grew up in the 90s say they didn't like Rocko's Modern Life as a kid but they now kind of like it as an adult because they get it, but I tried the cartoon for the first time this summer (I was 12 at the time, but I just turned 13 in October) and of course I'm at that age where I kind of start to get things and I really like the show. It is my favorite show and I'm the biggest fan of it! I started watching things about Nickelodeon online and I decided I wanted to try a new Nickelodeon cartoon from the 90s, and that's what I chose, and I tried it a few times and I didn't like it at first, but I fell in love with it after I really gave it a chance. Then after that, I tried Hey Arnold and I like it but just not as much as Rocko's Modern Life. And after trying Hey Arnold I tried Doug. I like all three cartoons now, but as I said earlier my favorite Nicktoon in the world is Rocko's Modern Life. I've been watching Rug rats ever since I was 6, and until I tried Rocko's Modern Life it was the only 90s Nicktoon that I watched.

I still wish it could be an 80's Nick box at least once a year. Mr Wizard's World, You Can't Do That On Television, Nick Rocks, Lights, Camera Action, Kid's Court, The Third Eye, Danger Mouse, Double Dare, Out of Control...the rest is new school :P

Everyone wishes networks like Disney & Nick would take more pride in their fans and loyal watchers, but sadly rthey don't. Culture fly has to do it. Maybe Nick has a partnership with them, but I doubt the box was Nick's idea and doubt they're taking the full initiative. I think it's culture fly. 80s Nick although good too it wasn't the golden age 90s was. I feel like they leave out shows that started in the 90s but were maybe more early 2000s. Even if they did decade specific boxes shows in between decades would get forgotten almost.

I didn’t really enjoy this box. When I got it, I only liked the CatDog vinyl and the reptar bar. I never watched Rocko’s Modern life as a kid, I wasn’t even born when Are you afraid of the dark aired, and Ahhh real monsters really creeped me out as a kid. Still keeping my subscription, though. I can always sell the unwanted items on eBay lol.
