hey guys thought i would message a helpful hint when deep frying stuff with batter. you dont put it in the basket as it gets stuck (as you know), your meant to place the tip of the food in the oil and let it fall gently in and if it floats you can put the basket on top to help cook evenly. hope that helps a bit. peace XD
