Second did anyone else find the sound of all the suction cup darts very satisfying. looks like the Gen 3 Koosh darts had the best grouping for the stock retaliator than all of the others. Meaning muzzle velocity is the only issue.

thank you for making this coop!! i use 1 strong arm and 1 hailfire and this is really helpfull because i might buy koosh for my hailfire and use nerf for my strong arm... meaning i could use differnt colors for quickly grabbing/reloading mags. just getting into the nerf a few months ago and love your videos!!

Ok coop just a quick tidbit for those who love glow in the dark nerf darts we recently bought 1000 RaySquad glow darts and noticed in all of the springers even the old mavericks we were seeing the highest accuracy of any dart yet. When used with the flywheel blasters the accuracy got even better! (Sorry for the run on scentence) Long and the short of ot at 15 bucks for 300 darts and free 2 day shipping RaySquad is scoring mega points for our nerfers

Joshua Ohler Total garbage. They wouldn't even feed through the flywheel blasters. I began testing them but completely omitted them from the test because they didn't work with flywheels. They are pretty consistent in springers but they had a very low velocity average.

"Prut" darts are more commonly referred to as FVJs (Full Vinyl Jackets), not like it really matters though since Coop has a link and they are generally considered unsafe compared to other darts.

Coop772: I know Nerf blasters are not firearms but is it possible for you to try and make (or have Worker make one) a rifled barrel. It would be plastic but see if it makes grouping tighter with Elite darts.

The stock Modulus ECS-10 has a rifled plastic barrel. As far as I know, it does not improve accuracy, and may even lower performance.

Here's a fact: Prut darts do HURT. When I ordered a pair of Chinese knock-off Rayvens it came with a combination of Streamline color/style Prut darts and suction cups. It's acceptable with the flywheel but I tried it out with a modified Retaliator (AR/locks removed but no spring upgrade because I'm THAT ghetto) at point blank and different ranges and the tiny hole does make a difference. When you get hit by a Prut dart it's like being hit by a BB that's 3x larger but hurts 2x less, doesn't sound much though it leaves a sting that lingers for a few seconds at most, but since I'm a grown teenager I'm just concerned over how children will react to this. One major pay-off though: the Prut darts (for me) are VERY consistent. From the modified Retaliator I was able to hit the same spot from about 25-30 feet away.

For some reason I found the complete opposite of what you found. The chinese glow 'Prut' darts I have are extremely consistent in grouping, but they have hard plastic tips and will(do) hurt when they hit you. Also the foam is rubbish and tears easily. The gen3 Koosh darts I got are very nicely made. Soft koosh head and quality foam, but they fishtail and curve something bad.

There's probably a way to change the option of what color you are getting, but I'm sure if you just click "Add to Cart," you'll be getting the blue ones.

In my personal experience, Koosh Darts are great in springers, and terrible in flywheel guns if you choose to plan to collect and reuse the darts. When fresh out of the box, i can pretty much agree with Coop. But Koosh, especially from beautifulwoman2012's ebay page have terrible glue consistency. After 3-4 nerf battles you'll begin ejecting tips rather than darts and experiencing nearly 80% jam rates. You'd be better off making your own darts since you'll be re gluing all your Koosh Darts anyway. I've yet to try Elite suction darts. I'm sure they offer superb performance but the price is brutal.

TheRedstoneGamer Allow me to reply for him...If you are going from this video, use Koosh Gen 3 darts for your stryfe, and either normal elite or suction cup elite darts for your Maverick. That of course is the best option, leaving out the cost factor. Hope i helped and hey he said this in the video! :P

They appear to be the same as the glow darts, but not at the glow in the dark price and with either blue, red or black foam. i can testify to the prut darts. i wouldnt recommend playing them with kids. i have a stryfe with 130 motors running 11.1v, and it causes a bit of pain from up to 6 meters. tried on myself point blank and it left a red mark on the skin. it hurts a bit but not so bad. could be great when facing opponents with heavy vest and thick clothing since they would most likely notice getting tagged.
