Play bubble tag. There is 1 hider and the rest are seekers. When a seeker finds a hider they have to hide with them. If all seekers find the hider the hider loses. If within 1 or 2 minutes the hider isn't found the hider wins. If a seeker finds the hider it adds 1 or 2 minutes to the time.

Hide and seek refrigerator box edition. Fill the larger room with horizontal and vertical standing refrigerator boxes painted with black light paint. Have holes randomly in each box just big enough for a gun to be aimed out of. The seeker is trying to find the green colored plastic gem you guys used in the laser challenge without getting shot. It is hidden in the labyrinth of boxes. Not knowing which box the shooters are in will make it creepy. If the seeker brings the gem back to base unscathed he wins! (Bonus coolness if you somehow work the laser pointer alarms into this ) ;)

Everyone except for one person is a seeker, and there is one hider. All the seekers have to find the hider without accidentally giving their location away to others (you will have to come up with rules about people following each other). The last person to find them is the next hider. Also, the seekers and the hider will be determined before the start of the round.

And another idea would be rotating hide and seek: which is where the hiders have to rotate to another hiders spot every few minutes, and two people can hide in the same spot but that would make it easier for the seeker.

I have a hide and seek game called Ghost In The Graveyard 1 hider and 3 seekers, the seekers look around for the hider but when one of the seekers finds the hider, they yell "GHOST IN THE GRAVEYARD" to let the other seekers know the hider has been found and all the seekers try and run back to home base without getting tagged by the hider
