That’s maybe only bad thing about stringers, performance would be so dependant on where the chord is tied. Mine is consistently in the 70’s. Great video to watch while making some Friday morning pancakes for the kids ha.

I remember the 1 episode of "this week in nerf" that the leaked price of the armorstrike was like $50. If this thing actually only has a capacity of 8, then this thing is just a major cash grab in my eyes.

One of your quotes from a previous video sums up the nerf-dart zone debate really well: dart zone for performance, nerf for aesthetics and gimmicks. Nerf will never make a nexus pro, but on the other hand, dart zone will never make a flip-32.

I like that there are affordable 3D printed options. I have booked marked this little online shop along with others. I just bought a pump grip for my Rival Takedown and yikes, it cost almost as much as the the blaster! But worth it cause it's my favorite blaster right now and the pump on the takedown gets too slick to prime. Putting in a K25 spring too. Also making my own lug from PVC with a rubber bayonet which I might make longer with foam. As a grown ass woman getting back into blasters it makes me happy that there are so many passionate about this and always having new ideas

I’m so glad someone made a small pistol like stringer, I’ve made some crossbows stringers and could never get them that small. Always love how quiet they are, and they made the stringer small, definitely going to try to buy one of these.

I'm really disappointed by the new Dinosquad blaster. They called it the 'Armorstrike' then made a blaster that has nothing to do with armour in the slightest. It's not a shield. It's not an arm-mounted blaster. It doesn't fire a 'heavy' ammo type. It's just another low capacity two-handed blaster with no gimmicks. The Fortnite bow is strange. It popped up just before Christmas then vanished as soon as it arrived. Although I'm not that bothered because it's comically small. Definitely not designed for the 12+ audience that the game is aimed at

My crossbow pistol (the open source blaster the string shot is based off) is hitting 85 fps consistently with 2 loops of 1/8" shock cord. This platform rocks!!

My favourite is WORKER you just can’t beat the worker swift it’s am amazing blaster you can get anywhere from 120fps to 350fps by simply changing the spring and barrel and it’s super fast to change them. Also comes with metal internals.

I’m in progress on my thoughts on that new Dino Squad blaster. My feelings are mixed ha. I love the String Shot. :) the bow will be something to thrift someday I think haha. Those containers are super cool!

I think most of the time I would choose the Dungeons and Dragons Emberstrke over the Armorstrike. I like Dinosquad, but the ergo looks a bit strange with the Armorstrike.

@@foamquest yeah, same. Even the ember strike felt like a lot of plastic for a pump disrupter :) but it felt good (except that slippery grip)

@@maritimefoam The Emberstrke does have that slippery pump grip, but doesn't the Armorstrike front grip look disproportionate or something, maybe the actual photo is playing tricks on our perception? We'll have to see!
