Okay, i'm just going to say it, someone else may have already but, you cut down a Rapid Strike and then added a stock (which you cut off) and a barrel (which you cut off). Um... It's gorgeous, don't get me wrong!

I have one of those voltmeters, and the reason the percentage doesn't work is it was only made to work with 3s lipos. The percentage works great with 3s, but it won't work with 2s

I'm pretty sure a longer shaft is always better, even with a pusher. Shorter shaft XP180s have bored holes in the worm gear, and XP180 torque specs are largely unknown regardless so IDK about comparisons to anything else. Those naked XP180s from BlasterTECH though? Nice design as it pretty much eliminates most of its flaws.

Yes naked 180's are from Blastertech. I agree that you want the longest shaft possible for the pusher, but with most motors you have to cut it down. I didn't want to cut down a naked 180 shaft. The blade is maybe just a tad shorter than if I was to cut a shaft down so thought that was a plus.

Cut it down? I've heard claims of the worm gear fitting on only one way (which it does not, it is tighter the direction it is not originally mounted and that is desirable for high torque pushers), but I've never heard of that. I was able to put the worm gear onto an Artifact IM4U with no shaft modification - and that thing has a shaft longer than any other Nerf dedicated 1(X)0 can size out there. EDIT: And I just realized I forgot to comment on the build. Very FDS-like, which isn't a bad thing at all, and a performer regardless.

What a bad idea. Also stock motors will jam up a 14 DPS pusher and IMRs don't have the amperage to go up with a honey badger and stock motors
