Kronk Because I like the concept of necroplasm and him having a limited amount. It puts him on a clock to figure things out, and means fights can have more tension. Instead the concept is thrown out the window and it becomes what’s the nest ridiculous level of strength we can make our character reach. Stronger than angels! Stronger than the king of hell! On par with god! Stronger than god! If you kept him around street level it just opens up the story to more creative fights. I’m not saying he shouldn’t get stronger, it just felt like the beginning of decline after his first boost.

I know fighters are gameplay first, story second, but tbh the whole “villains want to erase earth, so they side with Braniac” angle was really weak in IJ2. That said, a Dark Knights: Metal storyline would be cool to see adapted, especially since NRS favors Batman pretty heavily already

The Society (Grodd's villain group) was fooled by Brainiac, but once they found out that Grodd kept Brainiac's ultimate goal of collecting Earth a secret, the Society disbanded and most of the villains ended up temporarily siding with the heroes and fighting off Brainiac's army, which I thought was interesting. The only villain who stayed loyal to Brainiac was Grodd himself, and he only did so because he planned to eventually betray Brainiac and use his Skull Ship to take his place as ruler of Earth. Even Grodd didn't want to destroy Earth, but rather rule it. The only one who wanted to collect Earth was Brainiac.
