Sadly robots aren’t as advanced as your animations of robots look real, but Erosteve has got a point, you are good at animating, btw im guessing the robots actually are your friends in green screen suits :)

@@tomibeg Hey, this was done with Corona Renderer. For the mocap I used software called ipiSoft which used play station eye cameras as well as kinects. I mostly used the Playstation cameras but did use the kinect for parts of the final bot animation in the tower. Hope that helps.

Used 3d animation for all of the bots and the Nerf guns that the bots are holding. Nerf darts are also animated. I'm not 100% sure how much time I spent working on it, maybe 4-5 months, but that was me taking my time testing and implementing various techniques to get the look I was after.

Ran around with a gopro and some nerf guns, then added in the bots with animation software. Used motion capture to get the realistic movement for the bots.
