It would be a bit more editing work, but I think you should adopt the "damage" vfx from the Halo series: 2 bars onscreen. Health, and shields above that. Taking hits depletes your shields, which recharge if you avoid getting hit for a few seconds. If the shields collapse, you start taking actual damage.

Great video just a few suggestions: 1. Can u hold the stryfe like a pistol if it doesn’t have any other attachments that make it look like a rifle, 2.
