Got 2 things to talk abt, the nerfs kinda remind me of how all might slowly gets weaker and weaker over the seasons because of one for all fading but despite that he's still a top tier character not matter how much they weaken him just like he was a beast even when being weaker with OFA, also a cool concept would be to buff todoroki extremely, since its gonna be the sixth season what if they completely revamp his special action, what i mean is what if they made his special action switch between his sides, that woukd be so cool and give him so much versatility, his fire could be more offensive with less mobility but more range and down potential while his ice could be more defensive and mobile with the ice wall and ice slide
