Nerfed HVK Meta Situation & Gunsmiths (Season 6 Update)

Still 2 tap close range and still really good damage output. I did not notice any significant change.

It's roughly the same aside of worse headshot damage, but it can feel while battling DRH, MG42, etc.

This currently the best gunsmith for the HVK and it still slaps even after the nerf

MIP Strike Stock doesn't feel too different but YKM Light variant with worse BSA did struggle more against DrHers in my experience.

It's great, though I'm considering not using HVK until I reach Legendary after season reset simply because DrH is more reliable when playing with randoms.

@@HEYSERG DrH has a slower fire rate but similar impact, which means you don't need to reload as often. Meanwhile, HVK is a more powerful option but if you're in a hot spot alone while your random mates are heck knows where doing god know what, you get killed when trying to reload. Alternatively, if your teammates are good or at the very least strategize properly, you will not be alone in key areas, which allows you to reload in peace and dominate enemies with a more powerful weapon. Probably best strategy is to lead with DrH and if you see that your team is good, switch to HVK for max power. I also have Oden as a DrH backup when I need more range/damage.

@@samuelsamuel1137 I think its main leverage is 28 mag size as it means you need to have some skill to use this weapon. Otherwise, it would've been long gone. A similar situation is SKS, very powerful but with a skill gap.
