This makes him more manageable but yea hes still very strong, i dont play him religiously like the people with diamonds do but he has a fun playstyle imo, probably why everyone plays him is my guess.

Fun is subjective. I believe Baldi to be the most boring monster and yet there are ppl who still enjoy playing him. I will agree, though. Pcx is still really strong.
