I love this. It was amazing to see the block lengthen and the image is made smaller. My mind feels full of ideas with this technique.

Glad it was helpful!😊This technique might be similar to the Japanese candy "KINTARO-AME" Which is how to make candies, but it might inspire you. If you are interested, try and find them on KZbin.🎉

@@patterny Yes! I am from the UK and we do a similar thing with "Rock candy". I love your bird design and would maybe make a UK bird like a winter robin. :)

@@malcolm7436 Wow! It is very similar to the Japanese one. Thank you, I would be glad if this is helpful for your making.🎶
Your timing is wonderful. I've been asked to make a butterfly. This can be adapted perfectly for what I've had in mind. 😊 Thank you for sharing your methods!

That was so cuteeeeee, the contrasting color made the plate look more popped out. The studio sound is calming and is there going to be a square plate design in the future?

Thank you! At first, I wanted the background to be light blue, but I'm happy with the color I chose. Yes! I’d love to make a square plate in the near future!

Amazing ❤. I especially found the clock on your wall super cute. You probably made it yourself right?

@@patterny That's awesome. How did you make it??!

@@madhurya333 just made a hole in the center of the clock and attached a movement after firing! The difficult part was considering the shrinkage of the clay when making the hole to fit the screw size of the movement.
