That's Al Leong. IMDb (which is fucking garbage since the redesign) says he was only in 79 films (plus stunts in those and others), but he often had prominent roles like Genghis Khan in "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure" plus being a henchman in Die Hard, Lethal Weapon, and Big Trouble in Little China. The Asian actor who was actually in everything was James Hong. That guy was credited in 451 movies with more on the way, and probably way more than just those credits. He's been in every tv series and movie, including Blade Runner, so I think he replicated himself. I mean, he's 107 years old, played an average of 6.6 roles per year since he started acting in 1954. That ain't human!
