Me too! It's not a competitive game like some people like to imagine. Why would I play something other than to have fun, get better or work towards a goal. I live in Australia and the player base is so small that the SBMM is so apparent. To the point where you can instantly tell which of the 'experiences' you're going to have. Fight for your life and lose at the end, can't find anyone but still win by a mile, be unkillable, get absolutely stomped and have your team leave.

SBMM is supposed to protect players of various levels from being out of their league. EOMM is some frankenstein atrocity contrived by the desires of shareholders of Activision. Also, Activision is not taking cheating seriously enough and they need to start at minimum, hiring people to evaluate cheating claims in the COD series of online game modes.

Cold War got off to a bad start but I feel like they actually worked on it and fixed things. I remember the biggest complaint of the game at launch was visibility problems and not being able to see opponents. It was fixed fairly quickly. It also ran like shit on PC, but go play it now and it's so smooth, especially compared to 6. Now it's like nothing is being fixed, it's all gone to shit and staying shit.

Nah, I've played through it all and COD died after BO2 (COD4-BO2 was the golden era). After that every game was trash until MW2019 which revived COD and made it fun again. Since then, only MW19 and CW were decent games and everything after that has been downhill

Strict sbmm in public matches lead to having worse connections on average and make it so everyone has to play extremely sweaty and use meta to do well in a supposedly “casual” playlist. And to make it all worse, there isn’t even a public skill rating that can be seen so you know rather you’re atleast progressing in skill or not, which makes it impossible to tell if you’re getting better or if the matchmaking threw you an easy lobby. The entire system is extremely manipulative.

Been playing since I was 12 years old in 2009. This game absolutely feels like the gunfights are so 1 sided and not due to actually skill. You used to be ABLE TO FEEL that you lost a gunfight because you missed your shots or didnt make the right move or whatever the reason...but NOW if you work on improving your movement or hitting your shots or hell even putting on the best meta weapon/attacments on doesnt matter! Every gunfight outcome is random and feels predetermined! I used to play on a mobile hotspot when I was a teen and had high ping and the felt better back then. Its embarrassing we cant have smooth gameplay with good servers. Especially since they patched 2 boxing, im completely done. I keep convincing my ranked squad not to spend any money in the shop. As much as they really want that dam stoner chameleon bundle I ask them "30 DOLLARS SERIOUSLY? FOR A BUNDLE? YOU CAN BUY SO MANY GREAT GAMES ON HOLIDAY SALES INSTEAD!" I know Activision relies on the whales or small percentage of players that keep buying cod points so we might not impact them... but we all just need to unite against the cash grab!

BO6 is in a bad state. Before I sold the game 3 weeks ago, I decided to play 10 games before I decided to stop playing. 10 game chance - …. I went 1-11 yes 1-11 win loss. Every game was a sweat fest struggle to even break 1.0 KD. It’s infuriating. The team balancing and overall experience is just dreadful. I can’t stand this game. Every game 2-4 players would back out and the game wouldn’t fill the lobbies. Most of those games ended up being 3v5 Or 5v2 for more than half of the game. Cod is chalked / worst cod to date in my opinion.

Multiplayer feels really shitty and laggy this year more than usual. Zombies really does not and As a zombies fan I’ve been enjoying the game but it’s also extremely sad that Activision does not want to negotiate with the Voice Actors.

For those who still need Archie’s, I did some testing, and found the easiest way to get Archie’s is by playing Citadel! You’ll want to load in and activate Rampage mode. You’ll only play in the first room, doing so until round 11, then exfill. I was able to acquire 7-11 Archie’s per run, with each run lasting a max of 8 mins.

I paid $160 for the pre reg Beta Blackcell cross gen bundle only to not even want to play it now. The matchmaking is rigged, the damage is rigged, literally skill based damage... with. waited so long for this game, just for it to be an absolute sloppy mess. To me. COD WW2 and BO2 are still by far better than BO6. I quit until they fix their game.

To be fair, people leaving on pc might be way higher than console because of the amount of cheaters on pc. I mostly play mp on ps5 and for me the EOMM is just horrible. Solo mp is just unplayable and I'm just a little above average. I have to quit after a couple of matches because the gunfights and revengespawns are just so dishonust I just turn of te game out of pure frustration. Having to play crossplay in ranked is also a horrible decision. I won't even try because it's just cheaters every match because of the forced crossplay. Such a dumb move. 🤷‍♂️

I stop playing BO6 after about 30 or so games. First time since infinite warfare i quit a COD game. SBBm is insane, tick rate/ ping/ connection bad. Omni movement is clunky, I hate it. My gun bounces around in my line of sight it's so dumb. I'm a very average player and I can't keep up with the insane movement anymore. And the cheating. Was better before PC was involved with console. It will probably be the same hot mess in 2025.

I'm only playing the game to grind camos and that's a dumb reason itself cause the game is more stress than anything else. It's crazy. They should also release ONE COD Online and keep it as a live service or whatever. Just one online game and not every year where your progress just gets lost anyway.

Funny thing is some people didn’t get the points but when you click the rewards they automatically unlocked. The system reads that you have the needed currency even if you’re at zero. 1:17
