Now that the band's founder has taken over Vocal, the problem with vocalists leaving has been extinguished. Prika Amaral should have done this since she founded the band, she does the guttural very well.

The last formation was great: Diva is very talented and very good looking, which is good for the image of the band. Mia had a magnetism to the camera, Prika is always looking angry, powerful, awesome on the guitar. This new line-up still has strong points: All the rawness and power of Prika now was brought to the center stage as the main singer; my god, Hel Pyre is awesome, she plays very well, shes gorgeously beauty and she ASKED to be part of the band, which means she knows the valour of Nervosa, the best addition possible (unfortunately, in the expense of Mia which is great too). Plus, the new drummer is more impressive than the previous one, and Helena Kotina simply drags anyone attention, she always look very happy and excited for being playing. Nervosa is a very "lucky" band (working hard really enhance yours chances of being lucky), 3 different main line-ups, and those 3 line-ups were superb (yes, the Fernanda Lira era is very strong and important too, even if I like the Perpetual Chaos onwards better). PS: Again, what a great addition Hel Pyre was! You should explore her image better from now!

Doesn't pay ANY wages, but asks them to do all sorts of stuff for the band. Then if a bandmember asks that if they can have a 2nd band, do lessons or whatever. Nope. And still doesn't pay a fair wage to people working in her band. That's not how it works and never should be like.
