It is so strange that I really struggle to warm up to box breathing. It's a well-researched, effective technique. It probably has something to teach me given my mind wants to stop as soon as I've gone a couple of minutes. I made it much further with this one. The music captures the regularity of the rhythm but introduces gentle variation over time to help maintain interest. I found it very supportive of a practice with which I struggle. Strangely, I have enjoyed your two four-fold breath videos, if I"m remembering correctly, and those are actually box breathing with imagery included in the instructions.

You've just exactly described the philosphy behind these videos. I personaly struggled a lot with having one routine and sticking to it for a longer period of time (no matter how well-known and researched it is) so I started experimenting with different music and exercises. Then realised if this works for me, might work for other people as well and inspire to a more regular, self inquiry practice. Trully happy to hear that it helps you as well💓

I consistently come back to this video- the ending jingles remind me a bit of RuneScape too which is a plus- thank you again for being you and for doing what you do

Maybe someday even this will become boring like everything in this dimension, like it should after all, but for the time being, it is the top of the top. Thank you, Touek for this beautiful half an hour. Blessings 🙏

Appreciate for the feedback brother. There are and probably will be some with more and less audible breath sound. Simply because I want to keep the content diversified for different people.

4 seconds is proven to work just as well if some people on here are struggling to acclimate to the technique. Breathing patterns are subjective to each individual.
