I was like Simmons. Mom didn't want me to watch Scooby-Doo as a kid. Finally ended up watching it over a friend's house at like 12 and immediately wondered what was the problem with it. Granted, I actually liked Scooby unlike Simmons, but I have no idea why parents did not want their kids watching it considering a lot of the other cartoons that were out that were WAY more raunchy than Scooby-Doo

When I was a kid I was f**n terrified of Freddy Krueger. Without me knowing my mom had rented the nightmare on elm street game for me to play when I got out of school and when I saw the game I was absolutely hysterical. Get a good laugh when I think about it nowadays.

These games remind me of the Spy vs Spy nes game. Basically you'd play as either the black spy or the white spy and you'd go from room to room either looking for briefcases, boobytrapping various rooms, trying to kill the other spy, or a combination therein. It was kinda fun but got really boring/frustrating after a while.

Yeah, it's actually half decent. Pretty good music too. It absolutely requires the manual, though. It's a lot less enjoyable if you don't know you can transform when in the dream world.

Nightmare on Elm street. Another game I brought as a kid. Was absolutely 🗑 I even had that four player connect thing still 🗑. I couldn’t get anyone to play it as a kid because no one liked it. Another horrible game.
