What I like the most in this longplay, is that player was courteous enough to showcase many different weapons, which PC can use, instead of sticking to favourites.

Indeed, Natsume excelled in the music department in all their games back in the day, like Shadow of the Ninja, Shattered Hand, 3 Eye Boy, Final Mission (S.C.A.T), Ninja warriors Again (SNES) & Power Rangers (SNES). Definitely one of my favorite companies along side Sunsoft that also created some truly epic and intense OSTs in their games like Batman, Batman Return of the Joker & Return to Silius!

Here in Finland, Europe, this game was released as Shatterhand. The story and the main character graphics are different, and the circus stage is instead a submarine stage. Otherwise the same. Really good game one of the best late era NES games tbh. All Natsume games are, check out also Blue Shadow it's great.

Hoy me acorde de este increible juego no lo podia hubicar porque no se salía el nombre .. Se me dio por escribir robocop 3. Y ahi me aparecio jj.. Primero q todo las melodias q tiene este juego son una maravilla, y tiene partes ochentosas muy conocidas al juego parece q lo creo el mismo de ninja riukenden 3 por la musica la jugabilidad y los poderes lo q no entiendo como es q el ninja de este juego del nivel del fuego no muere nunca..es mas porque no hicieron mas viral este juego es uno de los mejores y hasta podrian realizar una película esta muy bien pensado.. 17.49 hasta el minuto 17.52 del ecenario de fuego se escucha la melodia de una de las canciones de los ochentas

This game look like power ranger in blue mobile suit armor but he have a Drone and he can control that drone himself from.command body movement..so..this game is amazing and make me play it once again someday I wish I could play again on "Nintendo" console only..but I wish on PS4 console remake..its gonna be a perfect game story I guess of course..

Part of my childhood. Too bad I had bootleg version that had only zone A and F. After you defeated boss you just returned to boss again. Was real good game though regardless of levels. My favorite power up was ABA (sword one) which is not in this video.

I thought I had played all the titles, popular and obscure, but this one is totally new to me. I have never seen it before today. As I watch, it has some strong elements of Kid Icarus, iron sword, and Abadox, as well as Rush 'n' attack. And even some sound effects that take me back to shadow of the Ninja. That's right, don't tell me I don't know my video games. I think I would really have enjoyed playing this as a kid.

In ex-USSR republics was a lot of pirate cartridges from China. Chinese pirates called this game Robocop 3. But Robocop 3 from Ocean Software they called Robocop 4 ))

Now, I kind of understood it with Power Blade; replace the cartoony kid with Arnold Schwarzenegger and it might appeal more to a young male American audience of the time, sure (not that the original kid would've been BAD or anything, but the changes at least made SOME sense). But this? Seriously? I don't understand; EVERYTHING about how the game was in Japan would've been perfectly appealing to a 90s kid! You even play as a badass cyborg man! And the text is all already in English! The one and only thing I'd have changed is the title. Why'd they have to go and change half the graphics, remove the story, and give it terrible boxart too? It's hard to understand the minds of some of those execs back then, lmao.

First of all, the game was not actually in English originally. This is a translation patch that came out some time in the 2000s. Second, de-licensing games was often a necessity. There wasn't a lot of story in the original (though removing it was bothersome all the same) and... Yeah I can't defend the box art. By 90s Jaleco standards, this was pretty good though! They've done far, far worse...

Shatterhand was the original game. Bandai requested Natsume make a game around one of their licenses, so they slightly altered Shatterhand to turn it into Solbrain, and released it in Japan that way.
