Hi, thanks for the video, my wife and I bought these reusable pods but when we use it the coffee turns out watery unlike your video, we usually put 2 and a half scoops should I fill the pods fully and lightly tamp it or is it possible that our machine is old and broken /:

Maybe you can try some other coffee (brand), i don't that its an issue with a machine, or you can try to tamp it a bit harder

When I insert the reusable coffee pods in my dolce gusto machine, they get stuck. Any solution?

I think it's because the holes on the pods are smaller than the needle on the machine. It might need a couple of brews to fix it, or it's because the capsules open during the brewing process. Try closing them better. Hope this helps.

Idk why but my device gets stuck when i try to use reusable cups. It simply does not make coffe. Just a silent rambling and that s all. But without the reusable cup it boils water just fine

Might be couple of things, you must put hole from cup to be towards you just like in a video, use just two scoops of coffee, that works best for me, and gently press it, if you press it too much or use to much coffee the water cant get throw it

and use coffee that's meant for it, you can usually see it on the package of coffee

Literally just broke my machine, using it for the very first time. I even put the refillable pod in the right way. But it's wedged in, and the lid is all twisted inside. What a waste of money and not one single cup of coffee!
