Assembling Box Joint Pliers with Peter Ross

In this video Peter has forged both halves of a full box joint plier and he performs the blacksmith magic trick of connecting them. the tricky part being, getting the jaw through the hole without stretching the hole so far out of shape it won't go back. Looking good

Have wanted to know for years too! Had an old guy give me a pair of wooden box joint pliers he cut out of wood, much different to make in metal though.
