i dont get the line where you have explained "if there are N station then there will be N minislot in reservation frame" but in your example there are more mini slot then the stations ie there are 5 mini slot but there are only 4 station . If you could clear this doubt then it will be really helpfull

No way...bit ordering and byte ordering are in framing, which gives us the idea that if two stations are interacting there are many frames which are being passed.. framing is used to flag the beginning and ending of those frames, but which station will send data is calculated by reservation . Moreover, bit stuffing in framing is in data link control layer, and reservation is in multiple access control layer.
