That means in hybrid approach a system must have compiler and interpreter both installed within??

I have a question. Why can't we just give our friend the source code in the compiled languages case like we did in the other one?

print(str(1+2) + "rd comment!")

There's no need for the str(), you can use print() without transforming the types. And you can use a fstring to optimize and make it easier for you to write. You could type print(f'{1 + 2}rd comment!') and get the same result with a better code
