I'm also a teahead and some cultivars are very different from year to year, thanks to weather, elevation, soil, etc. It makes sense it would work with coffee too. Actually, I have noticed that this year's "Esperanza de Columbia" is even better than last year's. By far my favorite cup and miles head of the standard Columbia blend.
