I heard Turandot today for the first time (Live from the Met on WQXR-NY) and your aria Nessun Dorma was PHENOMENAL! The announcers had said it was one of the most recognizable arias and as soon as you began singing, I recognized it immediately. However, you sang it with such passion and with such an amazing, powerful command of voice and song, that I felt so moved emotionally when you ended and I instantly understood the response of the audience. It was like being in the midst of an incredible wave as it builds and ultimately explodes with emotion. It was stunning and beautiful - especially not being there, yet feeling as if I was there during your aria. Many, many CONGRATULATIONS on an amazing performance today! BRAVO! BRAVO! BRAVO!
