all my nest cams have choppier video, I have 2 indoor 1 outdoor with a Asus rt-3200 router and 200mbps download and 20mbps upload. Seems to be more choppy at night.

Do you have issues with the camera going offline every once in a while and come Back on line? Usually takes 15 min to an hour!

+kiwali No, not at all. You might not be getting a strong enough WiFi signal where you mounted the camera. Try moving your WiFi router to a location closer to your camera.
