Interesting, I now understand. The question is now how can you make use of them being reliant on each other. Examples?

you could use the variables from each of the loops to grab indexes of a list or use one loop as a marker for some operation another must perform. in general the best use of loops are to contain them in a function instead of nesting. nested loops with no abstractions become confusing when designing software
