Just wanted to say how happy I am to see these vlogs back! I’ve been watching since discovering you planning our WDW trip in 2017 and as corny as it is to say, your vlogs REALLY helped me out during the pandemic. It made me feel less alone to watch you guys struggling with the same things our family was struggling with in lockdown. I understand your lives have moved on beyond daily vlogging, but I hope you know there are many people, even strangers like me, online who truly love and miss you!

Brookhart home vlogs are my favorite! Sarah, anything you can throw together for dinner is great. Salads, nachos, charcuterie boards, rice-based bowls; whatever you can easily throw a variety of healthy food in. Breakfast for dinner is a quick fix for me on insanely busy days. I keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge, some toast with jam and butter, some fruit.

Factor says don't freeze their meals but you totally can. We write the date in permanent marker on the side that lists what meal it is so when you look in the freezer you know how long you've had them. I usually microwave straight from frozen. My husband prefers to let them thaw a bit beforehand. For other easy meals, my sister and I both really like the Costco kits like ceasar salads, chicken enchilada bake, and ravioli lasagna. The chicken tika masala pouches with pre-cooked rice pouches and naan is another go to that is super easy and tastes good. I have missed your vlogs. Thanks for giving us a glimpse of what you have been up to lately!

Peter ramble TLDR: I'm shakin' the dust of this crummy little town off my feet and I'm gonna see the world. Italy, Greece, the Parthenon, the Colosseum. Then, I'm comin' back here to go to college and see what they know. And then I'm gonna build things. I'm gonna build airfields, I'm gonna build skyscrapers a hundred stories high, I'm gonna build bridges a mile long...
