If want to show value as 1000 not 1 K. Can't we change display units. Why there is no option for that

Are you referring to the Callout value? If so, the "display units" options gets activated when you select a specific series. See below the steps: Select New Card visual > Format > Callout values > Apply settings to Series > Select the series you want to change the format to > Display units > None. I hope that helps!

Sorry to hear that. Please make sure you have installed the November 2023 Power BI Desktop update. To activate the "Reference Labels" feature, select the New Card visual under the Format ribbon. Check out this info: powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/new-cards-reference-labels-public-preview/
