Your simplicity and attention to detail is incredible. Hi to the dog! I'm so inspired by your work I am on the cusp of diving deep into a childhood passion of carpentry. As an honour to you I wanted to replicate your desk with some touches (imperfections) of my own. Would you mind just telling me which type of wood you used for this? It seems light enough but sturdy and also has amazing character. I'm in Canada so will try to find similar wood here. Secondly, is it possible for you to share any sketches or plans you have for this one? Like you showed in one of your other videos. Anything more on the design will help me draw my plans.
