.NET MAUI Blazor - Build Hybrid Mobile, Desktop, and Web apps

Blazor enables building client-side web UI with .NET, but sometimes you need more than what the web platform offers. Sometimes you need full access to the native capabilities of the device.
You can now host Blazor components in .NET MAUI apps to build cross-platform native apps using web UI. The components run natively in the .NET process and render web UI to an embedded web view control using a local interop channel.
This hybrid approach gives you the best of native and the web. Your components can access native functionality through the .NET platform, and they render standard web UI. .NET MAUI Blazor apps can run anywhere .NET MAUI can (Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android).

I understand how Blazor Hybrid component works, but how do you pass data between blazor hybrid component and a data grid that is a separate component outside of blazor hybrid component ?

I stand to be corrected here - but you can compile/test with only an iPhone by attaching it to a Windows machine. To get it on the App Store you are going to need a Mac and an Apple Developer account @$100pa.

Will cookie and local storage works on blazor hybrid?

You shouldn't need browser based local storage, just use the local storage of the actual platform itself, i.e. windows/ios/android storage. Using an interface to abstract it if needed.

@@Prometheus_xyz It can access the filesystem fine on Windows - you can format a hard drive if you want. On Android you can access the file system but the preferred method is (apparently) not to do this - rather use storage api meant for apps. In IOS only those apps authorized by Apple can do this (file transfer apps).
