java's environment is good. eclipse is a bit buggy but spring suite tool solves the problem. Intellij idea is the best ide for java . Overall the user experience for me is for 1 year with making rest api is good. java it is an free open-source language and as for c# language unity was good to make paid but then reverted the decision.
