Interesting. I see that the builder of that net-zero home you show in the video was Cardinal Point Construction. Nice build. Are the other net-zero homes that are being built there also being built by Cardinal Point, or are there other net-zero builders that are also building there in Abundance Run (e.g. Mountain Sun, Assembly, JAG)? Does Abundance Run have any restrictions or covenants, e.g. minimum square footage build requirements, etc.?

There are two homes for sale there right now by the same builder/developer. I covered one of them in this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/enaYo5eem7treqssi=jafx2lUZd-Jq3CF2 Any builder can purchase a lot there and build, there are a few for sale right now. Minimum sq ft to build is 800. I'll be happy to send you, Pets-up to 3 per household. Can also have up to 3 chickens-no roosters. I'll be happy to email you CCR, just reach out elenakovrigin@gmail.com

Thanks for the referral to that previous video of yours, which I hadn't seen. OK, so Soufl Construction is another net-zero builder that is building there in Abundance Run. Couldn't find a website for Soufl Construction. I wish more communities had a minimum square footage restriction as low as 800 sq.ft., which is more my size. I've had to pass up some otherwise desirable lots due to higher minimum build restrictions of 1200-1600 sq.ft.
