Neta needs to have a much better after sales experience for its customers. Neta X customers are not happy, CarPlay doesn’t work, cars were delivered incomplete customers get only one remote key not two as promised, heat shield for front boot were not installed, no SW update and charging issues to name a few existing problems. When customers calls in to dealers, they blame factory. When customers call Neta call center they blame dealers. Total nonsense get your answer straight and get the job done Neta.
