Netanyahu defiant: PM says Israel will 'go it alone' in Rafah

The US Secretary of State has wrapped up his latest visit to the Middle East.
Antony Blinken said he had 'candid discussions' with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and warned against his plans for a ground offensive in Rafah, southern Gaza.

God chose the jews as his people because of their ancestor Abraham. He was faithful and trusted God, so God told him he would make his descendents a mighty nation and they would be God's people. Old Testament history of the jews is of them constantly turning from God, God punishing them by having other nations conquer and take them into captivity, then they would repent and turn to God again and God would free them from captivity. That cycle of turning from and back to God happened over and over, but God loves his people and will never fully abandon them and in the end the cycle will be broken and Jesus will rule over his people as a just and righteous king forever.
