Amnesty International have stated that Hamas figures have always been reliable in the past. The problem here is everything is being destroyed in Gaza so it would be very difficult to keep track of data. Deaths were recorded by the hospitals initially but all of that system has broken down. However the suggestion by Amnesty and other Organisations is that the actual figure of casualties would be much higher as thousands are still trapped under the rubble.

Israel has never obeyed any UN resolution, including the one to which it owes its existence. Israel's near constant war, isn't just illegal, it's more serious than that! This use of military force, gaining territory by attacking and expropriating foreign territory is known as "aggressive war" in international law and is the crime some of the most notorious Nazis were hanged for committing after the Nuremberg trials following WWII.
