Play Australia at their own dirty game if you want to win you got be take it to the Diamonds, if Sharni Layton can push then the Silver Ferns need to do the same. With the coach and team the Silver Ferns are today don't think 2018 Commonwealth Games and 2019 World Cup is coming to New Zealand.

The moves of New Zealand in this game particularly from Temepara Clark was thuggery. Another example of where the best umpires in the world (Aus and NZ) are not able to umpire games of this level and control them so that they are more about skill than late, overly-physical challenges.

@@alliemay4258 everyone from around the world is playing either in ANZ or SSC, kudos to the girls for winning worlds. But like I mentioned, the netball here is still more advanced. Everyone that plays in SSC from around the world are elite too but know the structures and high performance programs are a once in a lifetime opportunity. You might beg to differ or more knowledgeable but each to their own.

@@asalelealefaio4494 I 100% agree with what you're saying about how advanced the Suncorp Super Netball League, it is leaps and bounds ahead of ANZ, but due to it being a very international competition, it isn't exactly a competition focused on Australians getting signed/court time, compared to ANZ where they only let 1 international player in each team, and focus more of the development of New Zealanders.

@@alliemay4258 Oh yeah bout the signings and contracts, that doesn't really phase the local girls. Media really puts it netball fans that the local girls aren't getting signed or people look too much into it. Australia has opened up opportunities for the netball world it's a very giving country, bless, and NZ wil always be loyal to it's structures. The thing is, there is a string of netball programmes that shadow SSC and girls can and will be picked up for opportunities to make Diamonds. Better the devil we know, right? The loss last year and comm games for Diamond is a set back. They know how to bounce back, and finally great to see those fossils win!! Bloody hell we gave them a run for their money at some closed door scrimmages back in my time against those fossils hahaha

Asalele Alefaio yes i agree but still, it shows that sticking to the growth of your players pays off! and also nz is a very giving country, as far as i’m concerned they are the only team that has played against the men’s national team and televised it! also the ANZ priemership was successful but when they decide to stop it, NZ win the next World Cup, the irony lol! also find it funny how one of the aussie head coaches was wanting the trans-tasman league back! also since Australia are being so “giving” and making this international league, Lisa Alexander can’t complain about Kayla Cullen getting signed over a possible future diamond.
