Compliance is a job for someone who is detailed oriented and must know insurance not a Google Search. insurance keeps their information internally. Its not at all a simple job. The job is only for someone who likes to regulate but also studies law to the letter. A reader. I use to do compliance for the NCAA its a Loooooot of work. I have also worked in insurance claims.

@@BriellaGarcía-v7g if you are considering an employee of any company taxes will automatically be deducted from your pay. If you are an independent contractor/1099 in most cases you will be 100% responsible for calculating and taking care of the taxes.

I would not be afraid of that. You are paying your own taxes however with proper management you can set aside small amounts of your paycheck just as you would in a W2 job.
