You got to buy this outfit in the store for 1000 credits But there is a new mission called paperless if you complete that you get the red jumpsuit and surrealist mask

The Heist Artist outfit is in the store to buy....you get the red jumpsuit for playing the paperless mission online and the outfit will cross over to the campaign
