for people who say the animation is bad just remember baki style is really unique so its pretty hard to draw something that detailed every frame for you to understand what i mean go ahead and draw a normal cute anime girl then go and draw yujiro hanma lets which one is harder

It had plenty to do with the original story,Baki defeated a man that Yujiro sees as actually strong meaning that Baki is getting stronger in the eyes of his father. Yujiro wants him to get to his level so it’s showing that Baki has moved one step closer.
