लोगों का mindset change karna bahut जरूरी होगया है और सही guidance की जरूरत है, IIT के बाद भी जब काम दूसरा ही करना है तो क्यूँ ना बच्चे को शुरू से ही उसके पसंद के काम मे practical exp दिया जाए. जो 4yr degree m waste करेगा उतने मे बंदा कहाँ से कहाँ पहुंच चुका होगा 👍
