Sanjeeda’s character was the most complex. You don’t expect that when the series begins but she goes through so much in the show. Also no one expected much out of her because she’s from tv. Sonakshi is good but the script lets her down. It would have been fascinating if she remained evil and cunning throughout the series. Her character’s sudden change of heart doesn’t make sense at all. It would have been great if Fareedan was shown as the most formidable enemy of Mallika Jaan.

Sonakshi character had been a victim to forced sex when she was little so she understood the pain of it. If anything it made her character stronger when this softer side of her was shown.
